Chef Jimmy is the Executive Chef and Owner of Luscious Jimmy's Catering, Inc., known as Orange County's Premier Event Caterer. Established in 1986 by Jim Birmingham Jr., meals are prepared daily in his full service commercial kitchen or off-site at your event location with Chef's mobile kitchen. Chef is dedicated to working with community purveyors, supporting local farmers and using quality local sourcing, and schools when available. For nearly four decades, Chef Birmingham has been nutrition focused in his approach to gourmet, farm fresh style while providing you an impressive presentation of fine food - going beyond your expectation.

As an active credentialed culinary instructor, Chef's commercial kitchen serves as a teaching facility for local bakers, personal chefs and, will soon host accredited cooking classes for kids and adults.
