This class is geared towards our younger yogi’s. While yoga is a wonderful practice for calming the mind and inner reflection, kid’s yoga should be fun! Our Kids Yoga Classes are fun classes that seem more like a playtime to the kids than yoga. Our kids yoga instructor will take the kids through a series of yoga poses while teaching them to connect with themselves. This is done through yoga postures. breathing techniques, and mindfulness activities.

Course Details: Have a blast learning how to turn clay into fun projects and wonderful creatures. Students will hand build pieces as they learn techniques such as coiling, scoring and slab, and decorate them with underglazes. A new project each week. All pieces will be glazed and fired. No experience required, just a willingness to get your hands dirty and unleash your creativity! This class offers a playful and supportive environment for all skill levels. You'll leave with a newfound love for clay and your own unique creations to show off to family and friends. Join us and let your imagination run wild with clay! Aprons will be provided.
